2. Age Restriction & Eligibility
Access to gabaje's services is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 18 years or older. 18+ By creating an account on gabaje, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. gabaje treats this representation as a material term of the agreement. Any account found to have been registered by, or operated on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all associated bonuses will be forfeited, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the payment source used for deposit.

3. Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. The minimum deposit via bank transfer or card is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your gabaje balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider, typically within seconds for mobile financial services. gabaje does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds deposited from an account not registered in your own name will be reversed and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your KYC verification is complete. 4.4 Taxes
You are solely responsible for any tax obligations that arise in your jurisdiction as a result of winnings or other payments received from gabaje. gabaje does not deduct or withhold taxes on behalf of users and makes no representation regarding the tax treatment of gambling winnings in any jurisdiction. 6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

7. Account Suspension & Closure
gabaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its discretion, including where it suspects a violation of these Terms & Conditions, where it identifies unusual activity, where a regulatory or compliance concern arises, or where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the interests of gabaje or its other users.
7.1 Suspension
A suspended account may not be used to place bets, play games, make deposits, or request withdrawals. gabaje will communicate the reason for suspension to the registered email address where it is permitted to do so. Suspensions may be lifted following investigation and, where required, the submission of additional verification documents. gabaje targets a resolution time of five business days for account suspension reviews, though complex cases may take longer.
7.2 Closure by User

7.3 Effect of Closure

8.2 Game Malfunction
